I think it's so important to eat healthy and then we can eat as much as we want without putting to much weight on. The taste also plays a great role, sure! I adore chocolate, but recently I noticed fruits on a market. They looked so pretty and so calling. I never liked them allthough I knew they are healthy and good for my body. So I decide to open to myself a fruit world. Slowly step by step, i'm very happy to see avocados on my table, actually I had no idea it's a FRUIT!!!
