Why are my wife and daughters forcibly kept? Francis Gomes

Francis Gomes reportedly locked up wife Theresa and daughters Elizabeth and Barbara for around six years. Though he is believed to have done so fearing for their safety.

Now there is new addition in this episode that Francis Gomes  had filed a Right To Information (RTI) query with Sir J J Hospital earlier this week and asked:

1. Why are my wife and daughters forcibly kept in the psychiatry ward?
2. Why am I not allowed to meet them?
3. Why are media persons allowed to meet them freely?
