My husband and I have been married for nearly eleven years. Granted, like every marriage we have had our ups and downs. I could say the rocky part of our marriage was the first three years. At the time when we were still working out our differences. I am glad we survived it. We both have learned to compromise. We just laugh at it today, about how we fight over petty things before. And would even sometimes end up teasing each other like "I knew you just couldn't live without me". Yes, we still get into arguments, but it would now last for only a few hours. Unlike before that someone must leave the house first before it stops. Indeed, sometimes better comes after worse.
Since we've come along way. We sometimes get to talk about the idea of renewing our vows. I must say the practical side of me is not a fan. But I wouldn't really mind if he offers me a
las vegas wedding package. Seriously, our kids loved the idea. Wedding stuff always excites them. Marching as flower girls and such. Sadly, if ever it happens they are too old for it.
