Smoker like me ? want to cut finger number 6 !, follow these ways : 1- Don’t say i will not smoke ! will, this seem fool !, you can stop while you were smoke more than 1 box a day, if you quit suddenly and back to smoke, you will smoke more than you’ve smoked before, try to less your smoke by follow the Clock way ! 2- Smoke with a drink ! I’ve followed this way and i find it works…, Don’t smoke if there is no juice or any drink, just smoke when there is a cafe or juice… etc. 3- Put a cigar between your fingers. this thing works, try to put a cigar between your fingers, don’t light it !, just leave it there and work, talk, make anything, you will find yourself like smoking!, that's because it just a habit, you used to put this cigar between your fingers !. 4- What the hell is the clock way ?! Clock way idea was made by me, the common clocks are containing 4 sides ( 6 - 9 - 12 - 3 ), so try smoke one or two cigs per side. for example you can smoke at 9 am clock, and wait for 12 pm clock to smoke another one and so. that's will make your body arrange the asking of nicotine, after that try to less the smoking by remove two sides for example ( 9 & 3 ) , follow this for 4 days, then remove another side and follow it for another 4 days, then leave the last side and you will be non-smoker !.
