i head about it too. Latvia is a small country, and selling such a car is a problem. The hijackers probably stole the car and couldn't do anything with it, so the left it in the forest.

if they can't sell it why steal it? Anyway stealing such a car isn't easy and the owner would be happy, so why take such unnecessary risks?

I'm from Latvia by the way, and the thing is, that this car was stolen in Estonia, after what they planed to get this car to Russia. They just needed to hide a car for few days.
