Anti-Sarkozy protests all over the France

France's next president Nicolas Sarkozy, who will take over power on May 16, is on holiday in Malta with his family. Meantime, France was hit by more violent "anti-Sarko" protests and debates.

Sarkozy's election raised protests across the country, many of them violent, which began late Sunday.

Some 500 people went on a rampage in the Bastille area of Paris on Monday, smashing windows and telephone cabins.

Riot police charges eventually forced the crowd to disperse after arresting more than 100.

Disturbances also took place in the western cities of Nantes and Rennes, and the southern city of Toulouse.

Police gets shot on a motorway

Shots have been fired at a police car in the early hours of this morning on one of Britain's busiest motorways, police said. Two shots were fired at the police patrol car as officers made a routine stop-check on a vehicle at around 4.10am on the M5 motorway in Gloucestershire. A spokeswoman for Gloucestershire police said a patrol car had stopped to make a routine check on a blue L-registration BMW 3 series that was parked in a lay-by just off junction 12 of the motorway near Gloucester. But, as police pulled up behind the BMW, two shots were fired from the vehicle.

Well ... I will try to put this as nice as possible ... NOBODY LIKES BUSH -

For several reasons from his inablity to comprehend logic to the Iraq war. Some have called for him to be impeached for crimes against humanity in Iraq. There several websites set up to sign a petition to impeach him.

His approval rating as president of the US is 23% - meaning out of every 100 people in the US only 23 like him.

Bottom line: Most US citizens HATE Bush.
