The largest earthquake to hit England in 25 years happened at 1 am this morning, measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale. It woke me up by shaking the bed, but I didn't realise what it was until I listen to the news the next day. It was the talk of the nation, as it was felt through-out most of the country.

I remember there was an earthquake in Latvia. I was at home(apartment building), sitting on a bed leaning against the wall and I felt the wall move and vibrate. At the moment I thought "the neighbors must be moving something heavy". Later I saw the news and understood that it was an earthquake.
