The 2012 Porsche Panamera sedan comes and shows green technology
Make fuel efficient cars and environmentally friendly have become a commitment of car makers in recent years. The auto manufacturers competing to produce fuel-efficient cars with green technology that aims to produce green cars as its main target as well as manufacturers of sports cars which are synonymous with high speeds but this does not mean fast cars are wasteful of fuel as has been offered by Porsche which introduced the 2012 Porsche Panamera sedan diesel earlier this month.

Panamera Diesel that comes with the emblem reads “diesel”on the front door and the trunk, fitted with green-tech features in it such as technology start/stop system that automatically turn off the car’s engine and on if the car is moving and the 6-cylinder engine with 8-speed Tiptronic S transmission and electrically controlled variable geometry turbocharger (VGTs) and oxidation catalyst, a controlled exhaust gas recirculation, and particle filter that achieves emission control, so it can produce CO2 emissions only 0.57 pounds per mile.
Porsche Panamera Diesel fitted with 3.0-liter V6 turbocharged diesel engine capable of producing 247 horsepower and 406 power lb.-ft of torque between 1750 rpm and 2750 rpm and acceleration from 0-60 mph (100 km / h) in 6.8 seconds and the highest speed can reach 150 mph (242 km / h). Panamera has been tested by recording the fuel consumption of 6.3 liters per 100 km (37 mpg) with a fuel tank is full, 80-liter can run up to 745 miles (1198 km).

Produced in the standard model with dimensions of 4.97 meters length and 1.42 meters height with interior features soft-touch plastics, high-end leather seats, three-spoke steering wheel, touch screen satellite navigation system, brushed aluminum.
