At first it looks like the shark has a cigar in its mouth. It reality it's not a cigar but a hooked pole. This is the first documented case of a leopard attacking a crocodile. Wildlife photographer Hal Brindley made the shots while taking photos of hippos in Kruger National Park. The leopard managed to grab the crocodile by the throat and suffocate it. Usually predators don't see crocodiles as prey because the risks of tackling a crocodile outweigh the meat it provides. This leopard must have been pretty desperate.
