A F-18 dropped a small training bomb on a warehouse in a resort city of Virginia Beach causing almost no damage. The F/A-18C Hornet dropped the bomb when it was returning to Oceana Naval Air Station from the Navy's bombing range in Dare County, N.C. The jet was undamaged and landed safely, siad Navy spokesman Mike Maus. A Navy board will investigate and determine whether the pilot should be punished. The name of the pilot was not revealed .

The initiator of massacre in Virginia, 23-year old Cho Seung-Hui, sent a package with 23-page written statement, 28 video clips and 43 photos, just before the shooting.
