Boycott of the Olympics

I'm just disgusted by people who are using Tibet to boycott the Olympics in China. Those people should be ashamed of themselves. I understand that a lot of people out there are concerned and enraged by what it happening in Tibet and they have the right to protest but how dare they use the Olympic Games to achieve their goals.I don't think any protests will be able to boycott the Olympics nor the opening ceremony but the fact alone that people use the games to pressure the country is not right. I'm sure His Holiness is a great guy but the pandering to the Richard Gere types just rubs me the wrong way. However, with the recent clashes in Tibet with Chinese authorities, it shows me that maybe average Tibetans and the monks are getting fed up with the lack of progress. The images are far from non-violent resistance advocated by their Buddhist faith. You can see the frustration as monks help smash shop windows - and if you really
