| U.S. President George W. Bush signed a bill Tuesday which removes former South African President Nelson Mandela from a U.S. terrorism watch list. Mandela and other members of the African National Congress (ANC) have been on the list because of their fight against South Africa's apartheid regime, which gave way to majority rule in 1994. | A suicide bomber killed 90 people and wounded 50 yesterday. The attack was aimed at the delegation of visiting parliamentarians in the northern Afghan town of Baghlan. Doctor Khalilullah said "The bodies of 90 people have been brought to the hospital so far and 50 people have been wounded," Five parliamentarians, including opposition spokesman Mostafa Kazemi, were among the killed.Police also said that among the killed there are women and children.
