It's just not normal when 9 year-olds want to kidnap and kill Belle Carter, their teacher. Kids from Centre Elementary School, in Waycross, Georgia were well prepared for their mission. They had the equipment and all were given roles from keeping watch, to whipping up blood. Apparently the ringleader was angry with the teacher because she told her off one day.The kids had a stake knife, tape, handcuffs, paperweight.
