Campbell pleaded guilty in January to "reckless assault", after hitting Ana Scolavino in the back of the head with the phone in a row last March. She was sentenced to five days community service and ordered to attend an anger management course. She was also ordered to pay medical bills of $363 (£185) for her injured housekeeper who needed four stitches after the incident. Campbell ignored the waiting media.
