3-year-old Abigail accidentally killed her 6-month brother after she sat on him. The children's mother Georgina Bartlett put little James in the rubber ring "activity ring" and went to take a bath. When she returned, she found Abigail sitting on the ring and little James slumped. After she had picked up James in the arms, she knew something was wrong when he didn't wake up. James was rushed to the hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.Coroner told the police that James was well cared for, properly nourished and the right size for his age. Police found no suspicious circumstances

A quick look at the lengths of children's index and ring fingers can be used to predict how well students will perform on SATs, new research claims. Kids with longer ring fingers compared to index fingers are likely to have higher math scores than literacy or verbal scores on the college entrance exam, while children with the reverse finger-length ratio are likely to have higher reading and writing, or verbal, scores versus math scores.If only I knew this a couple of years ago.. :) Via YahooNews
