The Trichinopoly Pinjrapole (or Gaushala) is the sanctuary or the abode for old, sick, abandoned and stray animals, especially cows and its progeny. A black bear was tranquilized when it was found wondering in the a Florida's beachfront neighbourhood. The bear got in the water after it was hit by the tranquilizer dark. Wildlife officer Adam Warwick jumped in after the bear because the drug was taking effect and the beak could drown. Mr Warwick managed to get the beak back to the shore.

BBC reports, that Tom Arundel (73) was playing golf at New Port Richey, in Florida, when he heard shouting.He rushed to help and found Vernon Messier (57) waist-deep in water as an alligator tore at his foot.Mr Messier gouged at the alligator's eyes and it let him go, allowing the pair to pull him out. Mr Arundel said: "We just heard someone shouting for help and saying 'a gator's got me'.The victim had been collecting golf balls from waterholes when the alligator attacked him. This guy was wearing a wet suit down to his ankles and that probably saved him."

Cambridge police stated, that two brothers, Jarris and Aaron, 8 and 12, died after the younger boy fell through a sheet of ice covering a pond and his brother tried to rescue him. According to police, Jarris climbed a fence, walked onto the frozen pond and fell through. Aaron ran onto the ice in an attempt to save his younger brother but also fell into the water."He went out there to try to save his brother. They must have been underneath the water for about 10 minutes," told their mother, Jenise Robinson.Dive team pulled the boys out of the water, but efforts to revive them were unsuccessful.
