The recent raid on the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, near San Angelo, Texas is a case in point. Citizens all over the country are feeling the pain that the children must be enduring. Further, and perhaps more important, is the sense that our government is not responsive to our needs and is no longer true to the constitution of the United States. | Once again a religious retreat has been raided by the U.S. Government. Over 400 children taken from their family and placed in a stranger’s house. The Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is an organized religion. It has its roots in the Mormon Church. Much the same as the Episcopalian Church has its roots in the Catholic Church. The Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has a doctrine which allows men to take several wife’s.
