| The United States Supreme Court made two very important ruling this week. The first ruling states that convicted child molesters cannot be put to death. And the second concerns execution methods. The Court held that the drug combination used to execute condemned inmates does not violate the constitutional ban on cruel and unusually punishment.I strongly disagree with the Court in the ruling concerning the child molesters. By definition that includes disagreeing with opponents of the death penalty. Opponents claim that the death penalty does not deter anyone from committing the same crime. I strongly

| A lot has been written and cussed and discussed about whether citizens should be allowed to carry concealed hand guns. Today I saw what happens when private citizens carry hand guns.As for me, I have always been for the proposition that we should be allowed to defend ourselves. I firmly believe that when guns are outlawed, only the outlaws will have guns. But today I saw what really happens when private citizens are allowed to carry hand guns.In the state of Texas there are several ways a citizen can carry a gun. One is to become a certified peace officer. Another is to become a certified security

| Seven persons arrested for cheering at a high school graduation ceremony. Read the entire story here http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,365461,00.html . MY GOD what is this country coming to? How could these people dare cheer for someone graduating high school? Ok. So it may be that this is the only family member ever to graduate from high school. Big deal. Is that any reason to cheer? Maybe this student completed his course work from a hospital bed but still made it to graduation. That’s no big deal. | Does the end always justify the means? Is it ok for a police officer to lie and get a known criminal off the street? Is it ok for a police officer to lie about your speeding ticket just to meet his quota for the month? Does the end always justify the means? More and more we are reading

| Hello, my friends!I want to share with you a nice article on how to decrease a danger of getting traffic violation records. There are no magic tricks there, but all the advices are quite reasonable. And, definitely, the best way to avoid being cited is not breaking the traffic laws in any wayWritten by Stewart RutledgeI've gotten about thirty speeding tickets in my short life, but I have zero tickets on my record. That's because no matter how formal the processes may seem, when it comes to law enforcement, you are still dealing with human beings with hearts and minds just like yours. Appeal

| Comments from John Q. PublicSometimes we need to step back and take a long hard look at what we, as a society, are doing to ourselves. The recent raid on the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, near San Angelo, Texas is a case in point. Citizens all over the country are feeling the pain that the children must be enduring. Further, and perhaps more important, is the sense that our government is not responsive to our needs and is no longer true to the constitution of the United States. Reading between the lines, we see an immense distrust of our government at all levels. Can
