| This week was full of political events. Of course the biggest news was NATO summit in Bucharest. During the summit Bush struggled to invite Ukraine and Georgia to join the alliance thankfully some European leaders has enough balls and brains to say "no". Also Poland and the Czech Republic agreed to set up interceptors missiles and a radar dish on their territory - these countries are paid enough to keep their balls small and brains inactive. | Russia has withdrawn from a key cold war treaty limiting the number of troops and weapons in Europe. The Conventional Forces in Europe treaty was suspended on Tuesday at 2100 GMT.This means Russian troops can now move around the country without notifying NATO. | Russia's parliament has voted to suspend CFE treaty. - a traety that limits the deployment of conventional forces in Europe. Because of NATO expansion and other factors in Europe, the CFE treaty "no longer responds to the security interests of the Russian Federation" said the lower house of parliament. | A volcano erupted on a small island of Jazirt Atta-Ir 85 miles off the coast of Yemen Sunday evening. A NATO fleet en route to the Suez Canal witnessed the eruption.
