Army Spc. Jeremy Hall is suing the US army for discrimination. Jereny Hall was raised Baptist he even took the bible with him to Iraq four years ago. After serving two tours of duty in Iraq something changed now he no longer believes in God, fate, luck or anything supernatural.Hall said he met some atheists and they suggested that he read the bible again. After doing so he said he had too many unanswered question and decided to become an atheist. This decision cost him his military career and put his life at risk. His life was threatened by other troops and Hall was assigned a full-time bodyguard

Paparazzi Sues Keanu Reeves

Keanu Reeves is accusing of hitting a paparazzi with his Porsche in in March. It's said that Keanu Reeves struck Alison Silva on March 19 and that Silva suffered shock and serious injuries. According to reports - Reeves was leaving a parking space in Los Verdes County Golf Course, about 30 miles south of downtown Los Angeles and that Silva was blocking his way. Reeves Attorney says that if this were the case the collision would not be hard enough to injure him. via msnbc

A court ruled Wednesday that Britney Spears can have visits with her two sons.Federline attended the hearing but Spears did not. Britney Spears Loses Custody Battle

A court has ordered Britney Spears to give up custody of her children effective Wednesday at noon. Britney's ex-husband, Kevin Federline, is to retain custody of their two sons "until further order of the court," according to a ruling by Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon. It was not clear what led to Monday's decision awarding Federline full custody. A transcript of the court proceedings was ordered sealed.CNN

YouTube sued again

A Tennesee-based music publishing company that owns the copyrights to 14 No. 1 hit singles, including songs by Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and other country artists, filed a class action lawsuit against YouTube on June 7, eWEEK has learned.The company, Cal IV Entertainment, alleged that YouTube hosts more than 60 of the company's copyrighted songs and accused YouTube of direct, induced, vicarious and contributory copyright infringement.Cal IV argues that even though YouTube complies with the DMCA (Digital Millenium Copyright Act) by removing videos quickly after being notified, the site does nothing

A 12-year old girl and her family are suing for £250 000 for damages and psychological distress she had after watching Brokeback Mountain in class. The teacher who showed the movie told students, "What happens in Ms. Buford's class stays in Ms. Buford's class,".But it didn't, so the case moved to court.Brokeback Mountain, which stars Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal as two cowboys who fall in love, includes love scenes between the two men and between the men and their wives.
