Thousands of albanians filled the streets in celebration, whereas, Serbia's Prime Minister will address the U.N security council about this.France, Germany, Britain, Italy and the U.S(which in 1996 bombed Serbia) support Kosovo's independence. | Monday morning, an explosion went off. It partly destroyed a building as it ripped through shops in the Bill Clinton Boulevard. The cause of the explosion is unknown. A police spokesman confirmed that two people had died and 11 were wounded. The population of Kosovo is 90 per cent ethnic Albanian.
