A German policeman shot and killed and U.S soldier after a violent domestic incident. According to the police the American soldier, who name is kept secret, armed with a m4 rifle took his girlfriend hostage in her house and tied her up. She managed to get away and inform the police.The police found the man, but he resisted arrest and threatened the officer so they shot him. U.S military police are investigating this case with the German authorities. Pakistan's former Prime Minister, Benezir Bhutto was killed today. A suicide bombing killed 14 Bhutto's supporters and in the aftermath of the bomb attack Bhutto suffered bullet wounds. She was rushed to the Rawalpindi General Hospital less than two miles from the bombing scene, and there doctors pronounced her dead. Former Pakistan government spokesman Tariq Azim Khan said it's still not clear whether she was shot or it was the shrapnel from the bomb.This was not the only incident today in Pakistan.The

A train full of people has derailed today killing at least 58 people and injuring 120. The overnight express was going from Karachi to Lahore when 15 of it's 17 carriages derailed near Mehrabpur. 40 of the injured are in critical condition and there are still strapped people in the carriages.

3-year-old Abigail accidentally killed her 6-month brother after she sat on him. The children's mother Georgina Bartlett put little James in the rubber ring "activity ring" and went to take a bath. When she returned, she found Abigail sitting on the ring and little James slumped. After she had picked up James in the arms, she knew something was wrong when he didn't wake up. James was rushed to the hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.Coroner told the police that James was well cared for, properly nourished and the right size for his age. A quarry worker in Seoul was found dead. Police found a melted cell phone battery in his shirt pocket. They believe that the battery explosion was the cause of death. The Doctors said that the man hard a burn on his left chest side and his ribs and spine were broken. The explosion must have damaged the heart and lung.Personally i don't think that a battery explosion could have been so powerful to kill a human and break his ribs and spine, even if it had exploded next to a man chest. Maybe the battery burned him and he tripped and fell a long way. That would explain the broken bones.

A suicide bomber killed 90 people and wounded 50 yesterday. The attack was aimed at the delegation of visiting parliamentarians in the northern Afghan town of Baghlan. Doctor Khalilullah said "The bodies of 90 people have been brought to the hospital so far and 50 people have been wounded," Five parliamentarians, including opposition spokesman Mostafa Kazemi, were among the killed.Police also said that among the killed there are women and children. According to Palestinian officials two Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip have killed at least 8 people and 25 more were wounded on Wednesday. One attack was an air strike on a car which left 4 people dead and the other was shelling which also killed 4 people in the town Beit Hanoun. Mortuary officials said the people killed in the car were members of the armed group Army of Islam. The group was involved in the kidnapping of Alan Johnston, a BBC reporter, in March. At least 60 people have been killed and 100 are missing after a bridge collapsed while it was under construction in southern Vietnam. The disaster happened after scaffolding on some parts of the bridge, came apart early on Wednesday. About 250 engineers and workers were on site at the time. "They are still pulling out bodies from the rubble, I could hear the screams," a worker told Reuters news agency. The deputy head of the Can Tho police, Le Viet Hung , said rescue teams were digging through the rubble in search of survivors. "It was total chaos. It sounded like a huge explosion.
