No Peace For Israel in 2008

What more can be said of this brief news story? Israel is not planning for any peace deals with the Palestinians in 2008 and that is a sad, sad admission. How can a statement like this do anything but make things worse? When the biggest bully in the region says flat out "peace? well maybe next year" how is that going to stop the rocket attacks or bombings? Here's how: It won't, And that is just fine with the Israeli Government, who apparently believe that peace in the region does not favor them.After all if there is no more fighting then it's hard to justify the $1billion Israel gets
