| According to experts, babies should not be left asleep in car seats because of a higher risk of stopping breathing. Children aged under one month old are particularly vulnerable when seated. The element of risk is higher because the reflex to keep the head upright, allowing unimpeded breathing, is still developing at this age. The findings were based on an analysis of all unexpected deaths among babies up to 12 months in the Canadian province of Quebec between 1991 and 2000. | Experts announce, a new dinosaur species was a plant-eater with yard-long horns over its eyebrows, suggesting an evolutionary middle step between older dinosaurs with even larger horns and the small-horned creatures that followed.Fossil found in southern Alberta, Canada, six years ago. Creature was about 20 feet long and lived 78 million years ago."Unquestionably, it's an important find," said Peter Dodson, a University of Pennsylvania paleontologist. "It was sort of the grandfather or great-uncle of the really diverse horned dinosaurs that came after it."
