This is the first documented case of a leopard attacking a crocodile. Wildlife photographer Hal Brindley made the shots while taking photos of hippos in Kruger National Park. The leopard managed to grab the crocodile by the throat and suffocate it. Usually predators don't see crocodiles as prey because the risks of tackling a crocodile outweigh the meat it provides. This leopard must have been pretty desperate.

Apparently this croc right in middle of a herd of hippos. It tried to get out but one hippo decided to get a bite out of him. Don't know if the croc survived or not.

Here's something you don't hear everyday. A crocodile has been spotted in Central Germany by 2 municipal employees in the Innerste river. One of the employees was a reptile enthusiast so the information is credible. The croc was roughly 2 1/2-foot or 80 cm not even nearly big enough to attack or kill a human. The animal must have been purchased at a pet store and then released into the river because we all know there are no crocodiles in Europe. The river has been closed for swimming till the animal expert catch the reptile.

Please don't try to imitate what this trainer is doing I'm sure most you have enough common sense not to. Anyway this is a crocodile farm on the island of Koh Samui 300 miles south of Bangkok and as you can see the trainer has guts to do this with the crocodiles. This is like defusing a bomb - you won't get a second chance if you do something wrong.

If this technique won't make kids swim faster, nothing will!

A group of schoolchildren in Australia's Northern Territory went to a Darwin pool early morning, where they found a crocodile.The children noticed a dark shape in a shaded corner which then scuttled into the public pool. With screams and shrieks, children realised that the shape was a real crocodile. The 1.6 metre reptile remained under water for more than two hours before it was tackled by a catcher who managed to tie it up, lift it from the pool and then take it to a nearby crocodile farm.
