| Rupert Murdoch is muscling in on Microsoft's plants to overtake Yahoo! On Monday Yahoo! rejected Microsoft's $44.6 Bn offer saying this price is substantially undervalued. Yahoo! board concluded that $30 per share was not in the best interest of the shareholders. Analysts believe Yahoo! turned down the offer to increase the offer as much as $40 per share.
However, Yahoo! has restarted talk with the AOL as a means to defend itself against Microsoft's hostile approach.
