A minke whale what swam hundreds of miles upriver and spending 15 days there was found dead. Scientists wanted to get the whale back into the sea, but they were too late. There are no details on the cause of death. Scientists say that whale have been known to survive 2 month in fresh water and last 6 month without food. CNN
