Strike hits Canada and many Canadian television productions, including Bionic Woman and Battlestar Galactica were shut down.The Office and 30 Rock were shut down almost immediately, other programs because they have some scripts left keep going. Among the shattered shows are NBC's Bionic Woman and Sci-Fi's Battlestar Galactica. These two shows employed approximately 200 people and more will be out of work as the strike continues.
