I've decided to make a vlog about what I've been up to lately and as soon as it uploads to youtube I'll share it here. It is me talking about Nanowrimo and Halloween 2009. And it highlights some of the projects I'm working on right now. Sometimes I forget I can make videos and weeks go by without me making one. My daughter let me borrow her computer so I could make a post or two. It's after 11 already so I'll keep it short.We went to the San Luis Obsipo farmer's market tonight and a lot of people dressed up. I got a lot of great photos that I'll download when I get home. On the train up here I started making a beaded collar necklace. I seem to be in a green mode. Everything I design lately seems to be green. I got some more beads to add to my collar at Beverly's on Higuera St. I wish they had been on sale but you can't have everything. I got some more beading needles too. I'm getting everything together for a trip out of town this weekend. I'll be painting faces along with my daughter and 2 other face painters at Pumpkins on the Pier in Pismo Beach CA on Halloween morning. It's a totally fun event and free to kids. What's better than a day at the beach? A Halloween festival at the beach!Getting there is a bit tricky for me. First I take the train to Santa Barbara and then the bus to Santa Maria.
