SUPERSURF50 of Globe - Still Available?6

(image coppied from lobe website) I have bought globe tattoo last two weeks ago because I need it when I am working in our living room. Our DSL is in our room and it is very hard working in there especially during mid to late afternoon because it's too hot. I chose Globe because I have been a subscriber for a very long time now, so I thought, why switch to another? I am ecstatic of their promo on the SUPERSURF50 that can get you surf for 24 hours for only 50 php. But, I don't know what the problem to it is now. I have been trying to access their service 2 weeks now and all I got was an automatic reply like this “Sorry, hindi pa ma-process ang iyong request. Please try again later." What is the matter? I can't use their promo? Is it over? But, I just saw their advertisement about it a while ago. So, I guess it is still available. They should never have problems like this because it seems as if the advertisement is a false promotion?Disclaimer: all of the above statement are purely my opinion about the service that arose from my experience of using it and I have nothing against Globe because as I've said I am a long time subscriber of their company.
