Definitely has! Because is an ancient Greek word that means love with a brotherly and religiously way. Agape is one of the main values in the Christian Orthodox religion. Also Greeks use it to express a feeling about others not erotically but just when they feel fond of someone or like someone or feel close to someone etc. I didn't know that the word exist in Italian although I speak Italian...
