Sta Fe, Bantayan Island, Philippines together with the Office Of Civil Defense provincial coordinator conducting First aid, CPR and Basic Firefigthing seminar. My lecture was on the second day of the
Disaster Management Seminar conducted by the Office of Civil Defense.
The participants were municipal employees of Sta. Fe as well as teachers from different public schools in the island of Bantayan.
