I actually had to Google Doc McStuffins, which, according to , is "animated series about a about a 6-year-old girl who communicates with and heals stuffed animals and toys." I already thought the cupcakes were adorable, because purple is my favorite color and I can never resist a bandage as a cupcake topper (see matching cake too).
