Some people were asking me about the my Staff Ratings Calculator and to improve it. Have not gotten down to it as often as I should because of my new job and I am currently learning so many things at one time. However to my surprise for FM 2011 they did not change anything much about the ratings of coaches for each training category, except that they removed set pieces for individual trainings and set it as a team preparation training instead.
