Man, there's nothing better than Santana on a really hard day. THere is just something about the way Carlos plays that just relaxes me and lets me forget about all the troubles I've had during the day and just drift away into the music. This song, "Maria, Maria" just helps me relax so much I can't even tell you. I'm gonna share my relaxation with you.

Seeing elecitons in other countries around the world especially the South American countries makes me happy. What makes me happy about it is all the progress societies make toward democratic government. The more voting and participation in government around the world the more change we can make in the world together and united.

BRR! It's cold in here! Damn it is cold right now. I am still buring up over the amendment that senator Stupak introduced into the health care bill effectively banning abortion from the govenment run health option. It is so stupid to do it even if your intentions are to save lives. Which would you rather forget, all the time you've been hungry in your life or all the time you've been thirsty? For me, it's totally thirsty. There is something about being cotton mouthed that I just can't handle and it gets to me for some reason. Thankfully we never remember the pain but if we did this would be an interesting question to ask yourself.

I haven't seen New Moon but I am impressed by the marketing power it is has behind it. I think the company that made this movie had to know it was going to destroy all other movies in the box office so they just below out the advertising to no end. And they were right. It killed. I wonder how many more episodes they can make of this movie before people stop going to see it.

I really like this chart that I found online because it really puts Swine Flu in prespective. Yes it is a terrible disease and has the potential to kill manys but there is so much more going on in the world that is doing much more damage than swine flu is and we really should be focusing on that not the swine flu.

I love christmas cards that do more than the normal boring cards. I mean I don't really want to see a picture of your kids or a snowy landscape. I want to be entertained. Man, I hate Oprah's Book Club. It's like what she tells people to read is the only stuff that people think is worth reading out there. There is a million books in the world and I don't think that we need to just blindly read the stuff that chief crazy in Chicago tells us to read. I want to read stuff that I want, not stuff that the Oprah army tells me to read. I would appreciate it if she doesn't cram her message down my throat any more.

It took me a very long time to understand what is going on in this ad but once I got it I was really disgusted. I think that any subliminal advertising should be made illegal.

Well all that work done by Obama and the Democratic Congress is starting to be unraveled today with the conclusion of these bell weather elections. It bothers me so much because the Tea Party activities have lambasted Obama and his policies and given him no time to actually do them but they were totally fine with have 8 years of total bafoonery. At least give Obama half that amount of time before you start to destroy the system around him. These people have no decency.

I am very happy that the House of Representatives even thought it is one of the largest and possibly the most sweeping change legislation that we will ever see in our lifetime. Because it is so ground breaking and unprecendented I doubt that the bill will pass, but I like that the Democrats are trying. At least I know that they are listening to their core that wants something like this.
