Last year for Earth Hour, me and Azwaj switched off all the power supplies and had a nice candle light dinner. It was kinda nice actually, a romantic dinner for two with only the light coming from the scented candles. This year though we might be over at my father-in-laws place to enjoy his very special oxtail soup for dinner but since FIL loves brightly lit areas, I doubt we will participating this year. I’ve always loved cycling. In fact when I was still in Singapore, I would put on the suv bike racks, pack up the bikes and head on over to the beach for a leisure cycle on some weekends. However, on one of my rounds, there was another cyclist that came in front of me as I was going down a slope and in order to not hit him, I swerved and hit a tree instead. Needless to say I fell and hurt my knee real bad. I had to to stop wearing my skirts to work for a whole month coz the bandage on my knee...

Age is just another number and I turned 43 today. No big party, no fancy dinner and no scala rider g9 either, since I already got my birthday present in December from Azwaj. When I look at all the junk food in my kitchen cabinet, sometimes I wonder why I am complaining so much about my weight gain. After all you are what you eat right and if that sentiment is anything go by, then I am definitely symbolic of all those potato chips, chocolate bars and sweet desserts found in my kitchen cabinet.
