Me and my husband have been listening to the Revelation Revival CDs (you can probably still pick up copies in the bookstore). I have been learning from them, and was inspired to write a few articles. Last week was Revelation Revival with evangelist Bryan Sharp, and it ended up being a success. If you didn’t get the chance to go, but live in the Mesa area, the CD set is for sale at the bookstore (which is open after every church service). The set is a 14-CD set. Today in Church, the pastor had an amazing story to tell… They go to Mexico regularly to preach at the prison there. While they are in Mexico, they always stop at the same restaurant, and always see the same waiter. They always have a good chat. He’s a big Yankees fan. Every time they stop by to eat, he says “some day I’m going to go up to Phoenix to see the Yankees beat the Diamondbacks.” He always wore a Yankees hat and a Yankees watch. Last Saturday, the Ladies’ Tea went very well. Mrs. Jordan is really awesome; it was nice seeing her again. Pastor Jordan preached on Saturday.I believe that Thursday, May 27th, Pastor Fisher is coming over to preach. Like Brother Jordan, he’s also from Lighthouse Baptist Church. Welcome to my blog about my church! I thought that I’d create this blog to pass along some of the goings-on about my Church, Gospel Light in Mesa, Arizona. I’ll probably provide missionary updates as well. What’s going on now? - My church just finished its mission’s conference.
