Heeere's Xmas!This year even I got a Xmas present from a friend who is a mechanic. Recently my 1994 mercedes started making squeaky sounds from the place where the gearbox is. So naturally I thought to myself "Shit..." That's really everything that came to mind at that point. 2 days ago I paid a visit to a friend. It turned out that the gearbox was fine. The sound was made by the metal that was holding the exhaust pipes together. After 3 minutes of welding the car was as good as new! Yay! Approx cost of repairing an automatic gearbox is $2000. You can safely say I was and still am very happy ...

The battles for The Pirate Bay continue. After an earlier court defeat, Swedish authorities have ordered TPB to be disconnected from the Internet. The Pirate Bay's bandwidth supplier Black Internet was threatened with the $70,600 fine if they don't disconnect TPB. Fortunately for TPB users the downtime of the site lasted for only 3 hours.
