Yesterday was a beautiful day! We were at the park because it was Jacob's birthday party. Jacob is the son of my Filipina friend who lives very close to us. The kids had so much fun at the park. I celebrated my 33rd bday last April 2. I was rushed to the ER last Mar 30 so I didn't expect to spend my birthday at the hospital. Ever since I got out of hospital, my body hasn't adjusted well with the weather. Before I got hospitalized, a cool weather is something I really enjoyed. But lately, even if everybody is very comfortable with the weather, I had to wear long pants and light jacket as I feel so col. At the moment, I can't wear streetwear type of clothes without a coat on top of it. I think my body is still weak because I can't stand the cool weather yet. Because of some health issues that I have, I decided that losing weight is my new goal. I am doing good so far. I am watching the food that I eat and I am trying to do basic exercise almost everyday. I haven't thought of trying any diet pills. I know few of my friends had used Lipofuze and they are satisfied with it. I am confident that I can achieve my new goal through healthy eating and exercise. I know it will be hard, but I will keep on trying.

So we went to the mall today. It has been months since we went to the mall. We enjoyed strolling around. Of course, I bought Andrea the Red Mango Yogurt as promised her that I will buy her favorite. There is an Assisted living facility near my doctor's office. It is very beautiful and I think it is also expensive. The place is well-maintained. My daughter always like to stroll in that place and watch the big fountains there.
