The worryingly large 1.5GB Battlefield 3 PC patch went live today. Yet despite its size I managed to download and install it in a matter of minutes. Now this patch addresses a ton of issues in the game and should finally bring balance to the force, so to speak. A trailer was recently released showcasing the new maps coming to Battlefield 3. The Close Quarters DLC pack is adding frenetically paced, small scale combat environments that are fully destructible.
