This is the last photo of that fountain in my file so no worries. I know you're all tired seeing photos of fountain in my bloggies. The colorful, lively fountain in Gloria de Dapitan, Dapitan City. Photo taken on May 10, 2011. Anyway, I join Thursday Challenge for the first time. It's a photography challenge wherein pro and wannabe photographers are given a theme or a challenge every week. If you want to join, make sure you sign up to the site's newsletter so you'll early receive the theme or...

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. G. for the rapid raise of this blogs page rank. It is just overwhelming. I thought I have to wait again for this blog to step up in ranks, from 1. If you do not know yet, I had this blog opened for everyone's viewing since 2009. This blog then reached PR 2 but sadly, the PR dropped to zero. Sad about the drop of the page rank, I neglected this blog and totally hid it from everyone. Just recently, I decided to set this blog again to public as...

I mentioned in my other blog about my youngest sister's request. She asked me to accompany her to her NatSci exploration. Being a supportive sister, I said yes. So we went to the city's boulevard as they were looking for natural water works. While walking down the boulevard with her, I spotted these two on the canoe boat. They are father and son fishing on the wide ocean I think. In love with what I saw, I took a picture of them two on the canoe. Since they are quite far from the boulevard, I...

I am late for my watery share here but it's better late than never. It's still Wednesday in US anyway and in other parts of the world.
I got two photos here. This was taken just recently at Dipolog City boulevard. I got up close and personal with the rocks in there hoping to get a closer shot of them with the seawater. This one was taken way back in 2007 at Sunrise Beach Resort in Baliangao, my father's place. I already posted and talked about this photo at WhereAbouts.

Here are more photos of the orchids I took yesterday. The same orchids I cut yesterday to my vase inside my bedroom.
Here is a mosaic or a collage of the rest of those macro shots of the orchid taken yesterday. This is my share today for Mosaic Monday. I made a collage using my photo editing software called Photoscape. Most of these photos are different from those I shared yesterday. Here are the macro shots: my share for Macro Monday.
Thank you for stopping by. I hope you like the photos....

Can you name the flowers above? I am quite curious about that big spider-looking flower. Somebody said it's a bloom from a Fortune plant but my mother before had the same Fortune plant as shown in the picture but I've never seen it bloomed. Click on the badge above to join this photo meme or to view more of the flowers posted by the participants.

I don't like when it rains. One reason, I have no umbrella. Lol! Really, I don't like when it rains because I can't do the laundry for I can't get the clothes dry. In short, I can't enjoy the sun. Gone are those days when I jumped and ran around under the rain naked and played muds on the ground. Tsk, I am getting older.
Although I have my shares of dislike about rainy days it doesn't mean I totally don't like rain. One thing I like about rainy days is that rain turns my little garden...

I picked another stalk of orchids from my garden again. If the last time I had beige, this time the color of the flower is yellow with red tongue-like in the middle same with the beige one. I share the the flower tonight in monochrome through. Sorry. I'll share the colored photos tomorrow. For now, enjoy the flower in black and white. I took an awesome macro shot of the flower. Check it out!
Here comes the macro shot. I found it an awesome shot. Whew, lucky finger I had when I clicked it on...

This is my third post for Photohunt in this blog. I've been joining photo hunting at my main blog but recently, I transfered posting for photo hunt here and so I started over.
For today's theme - road, here is my share: My sister dragged me to the boulevard here in Dipolog City yesterday at about lunch time. I haven't slept since the night before but I gave in to sister's wish. So we went to the boulevard and strolled down. We had a few rounds of walking to and pro. I was glad I went with...

Koi fish in a pond in Taoist Temple, Cebu City. One of the most visited spot in Cebu City during tour is the Taoist Temple. I do hope to visit the place one day. Although I've been to Cebu City a few times, I've never got the chance to even take a peek of the Taoist Temple. This is one of the pictures taken by my youngest sister Cheep using my Sony DSC-T99 in Cebu City during her educational tour there last month September 28, 2011. I link this post to:

The challenge this Thursday at Thursday Challenge is "Golden". I think these lovelies below are golden enough to share. What do you think?
Don't ask me of its name, I am not good at naming flowers. I am only good at taking picture of them. I have a feeling this flower is kin with the Lilies for it looks like one. Do you have this kind of flower in your area? Are you familiar with it? Could you name it for me? This picture by the way was taken in the Garden of Eden in Davao City,Philippines....

Pardon me for posting my entry late for these two memes. To be able to catch up, I am making this a quick post. My share today for these two memes is this flower I photographed at the boulevard. I saw this pretty, fiery red little beauty leaning out to the little walk way at the boulevard.
See this beauty in two colors.
Edited in Black and White using Photoscape.
Whether taken in colored or in monochrome, a flower still has the power to bring out its beauty. It blends in colors and it...

Who's that little boy in the picture? Is he pointing on something, or is he pulling the string of his kite?
I've no idea. It is so hard to tell who the little boy was by looking at the photo. For sure he is one of the boys in my parents' neighborhood. Well, it is not important who he is anyway, what's important is that I captured him looking at the sky, or was he pointing on something? A kite, maybe? Check out what that little boy is doing when you enlarge the photo.
