All about babies and kids

Mom-in-law made this year again one of her famous fruit birthday cakes (berry cake, mainly strawberry, yummy!). We celebrated together with the couple whose wife is coming from Taiwan(they live in our town, too) and with whom i can talk Chinese and celebrate a few of our Chinese festivals in Germany.

Baby Charlotte is a very cute and special baby :) And today she answers every question with just one word, even when she is asked if she wants to own 1 Million Dollars!

As we walked through the culture festival on Saturday our eyes and especially the hands of our son Tim caught the following funny animals who have been on sale by a DIY-artist. They are all made from wood and the main core, the piggy bank or coin box, is an empty coconut.

We went today again to our yearly culture festival (called "Kulturufer") which gets celebrated in Friedrichshafen at the Lake of Constanze. There you can listen and watch to all kind of musicians, artists, bands and clowns. But today there was a lady acting as a human tree and not only for half an hour (much sunshine and quite hot while body fully covered with clothes). We saw her at the beginning of our tour around 4:45 pm, when we left around 7:15 pm she still stood there and greeted...
