28 January 2012 the Fluvial Parade has began in the town of Binmaley, Pangasinan Philippines in celebrating the town fiesta from January 15 up to February 3. The Fluvial Parade starts in Naguilayan river, Binmaley, Pangasinan at 7:00 o’clock in the morning, The Parade lead by the father of Binmaley Mayor Lorenzo “Enzo” Cerezo followed by Vice Mayor Pedro Merrera, Sangguniang Bayan Member or Municipal Councilors and all Barangay Officials.
