There are still fights about custody over Anna Nicole Smith's daughter. Now, the new information has come to light and Howard K Stern revealed Anna's last will and testament.

The testament says that everything goes to Anna's son Daniel, which died in September. For that reason, Dannielynn is the new heiress.

The question still remains, who is 5-month old Dannielynn's father, there are at least four candidates, who would love to have custody over Smith's incredible wealth.
