"Fasting" the perfect way to keep you healthy.



A quality diet & sufficient exercise is the pillar of healthy life.Your mental condition plays an important role in this.Fasting is the key player to control of food habits,it will control your diet and support your mentality of controlling thoughts.That's why "Fasting" is the self control habit of taking diet in every religion.

Every human body has its self program,if you discover for yourself then you can walk on path of health & joy very easily.You can avoid that food,which is not good for your health.Even if you have not to do anything extra if you know your body program.How could you find this? very easy,Just give five minutes every day in morning.

Woke up early in the morning and sit in any position which is suitable to you,concentrate on your breath for five minutes.Ones you are expert in concentrating on intake & outlet of your breath,you will feel a state of mind where there are no thoughts in mind.After some time you can see the thought movement,how they travel from one subject to another.That time you come to know,who rules your body organ and thoughts.

You have five organs which works as your servant.With the help of that organs you can see,hear,smell,test & feel any touch.No body organ ask for any food but when you see a food of your like,you feel hungry,if you like test of that food,you ask for more.But ever you think,what will happen if you handover all the key of your locker to your servant? you can not enjoy your wealth for longer period.Same thing will happen with your health,if you depend on organ for hungry feelings.You will definitely loose your health.

A "Fasting" is the proven way on this question,but how could you know,this is the only proven track?The best way to start "Fasting" is, just take water as food if there is no medical problem.Try to be on water for 10 to 24 hours and check the intensity of hunger feelings.The reason of this experiment is that when ever your body ask for food,try to see that feeling only & drink water,after some time this feeling will be removed from your thought & you forget about hunger.When you feel very deep hungry feeling drink only fruit juice and try to feel the hunger condition.Every time you take milk,juice etc. food only and feel the fulfilment of hunger.This experiment will disclose your body function,try to understand.
