When ever you speak about a healthy life that time you also have to speak about peaceful death.We must accept the fact of natural death.This is the important fact of life,as you are alive today,it means,you will die one day.A peaceful death is the important fact of life,we have to accept it.This is the only thing in our hand,in this whole universe,but what is the real picture? mostly all are highly frightened and never want do die.

We always pray to god for better life,ever you pray for peaceful & silent death? If you always think about god,that means not,you are the most spiritual human being.You might asking god for more wealth,better health,rich life etc.etc.But when you think about death,that time a question come in your mind What is going on?Where I am going?What will happens with me at end? This process of thinking will start if you remind of death.

Life and death are not two different things.If you say I am living every moment,I will say you are rushing towards death every moment.Actually by every second we are progressing towards death,we are dying by every moment,when this journey ends at one day,we call it as death.Every one takes it in negative manner but don't forget this is the part of life.Who don't know,how to accept death,never knows how to live.If you are frightened about death then you are refusing the life,you can't avoid death.Always keep in mind that you will die one day and when this final moment comes in your life,you will not
worried about.

If you live thousands of years and achieved all the things you want,then also there is a space available to make your life more perfect,this is continuous process but death is the most perfect and final point of your life,you can't stop but can co-operate to that moment because that is the only perfect moment of life.

If you want to gain some spiritual knowledge,go to funeral places and sit for a day.You will realise that your presence in this world is the highest miracle and that will also finish one day.You are like a bubble of water,a small hit will destroy & all will finished.

Look very carefully towards life,you are taking breath and leaving it,a very natural process,but think if you can't take next breath? What will happen?You always think that other will die,but you will also die one day and me also.

Your spiritual journey will start,when you know,you can't avoid death.At this stage of life,you don't quarrel,you don't get angry on others.All this things look very small and you don't waste your time in such stupid things.you will try to make every moment of your life more beautiful,more meaningful,if you don't forget death.You will live with more awareness and responsibility without wastage of single second,if you don't forget of death.
