Most expensive mansion of the world is going to cost 155 million dollars by Forbes data.

Tim Blixseth is building this most expensive house in the world from wood and stone. The project, 4900 square meters, was created by architect Jerry Locati.

The house is going to have an outdoor swimming-pool, which turns to an indoor with the use of glass wall.

At the moment the house is finished up to 70%.The construction will end in the nearest 14-15 months.

Last year, as Forbes states, the most expensive house was a mansion called Updown Court, which is located in England. There were 103 rooms and five swimming pools. It costed 139 million dollars.
