Netherland company Waleli announced the launch of its GSM Doorbell technology, which passes signal from the door bell to your mobile phone. The first countries to have this product will be Northern Europe. GSM Doorbell consists of Intercom, electronic lock, a bell, which passes the signal, and a SIM card. The use of this system allows people to "get the door" outside of the house, also talk to the visitors and open the door from distance, using the mobile phone. GSM Doorbell can also be useful for people, expecting guests, because it will allow to distantly open the doors, and it also comes handy, if you lost your keys. Useful invention, really. It's just not clear for me, what about the security.
