Christmas morning was saddened by sudden death of Godfather of Soul James Brown, who died at the age of 73. The famous singer had pneumonia but was feeling well lately, he was even going to give a New Year performance in New York.
James Brown, mostly known with his classics "I feel good", started his musical career over 50 years ago, and even though being a black sheep and having criminal past, left a massive trace in soul music history.
I wanted a bit of fun tonite, so I went to YouTube.com and after browsing a couple of videos, I first remembered of Crystal Waters - Gypsywoman (remember? la da dee la dee da) it is here.and then remembered a similar video, here - Deelite - Groove is in the heart. a MUCH MUCH better song, which was a club and radio and soul hit sixteen years ago and, fcuk, till now!!!Enjoy it Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday up till Ffriday and Sunday.
