MOPS Bag And Heart Shaped Cake Pan
I was given an opportunity to be a speaker in our MOPS (Mothers Of Pre-Schoolers) in our area two weeks ago. I talked about the cultural differences between Americans and Filipinos and I narrow it down to Family cultural differences. I was nervous! Everyone seemed to be paying attention and listening to what I have say. They were impressed that Filipino families have deep respects to their parents like the Gesture of Respect or “Mano Po”, Kinship and that we extend lending a hand in helping from our families to relatives. Americans have their own way of respecting their parents too, at age of 18 you are legally responsible adult and that for them it is shameful to depend to other people. Anyhow, most of us moms that day think that we should be preserving the good cultural traditions in our family and to teach our kids to respect their parents, siblings and relatives.

MOPS bag from my MOPS International subscription.

White heart shaped cake pan. One of the goodies inside the bag as a token of appreciation that they gave me.
